You can request deletion of your Caloria account and associated app data at any time.

How To Request Deletion

Email us at support@caloria.food from the email address linked to your Caloria account with the subject line “Delete my Caloria account.”

What Will Be Deleted

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify account data, food logs, nutrition goals, submitted meal photos, chat history, and related app data associated with your account.

What May Be Retained

Some limited records may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records. Retained data will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

Timing

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the account owner.
