By using Caloria, you agree to use the app responsibly and only for personal nutrition tracking and wellness support. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Caloria.
Public Beta
Caloria is currently offered as a public beta. Features, availability, limits, integrations, and pricing may change as the product evolves.
Nutrition Information
Caloria provides estimates and AI-generated guidance. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical, nutrition, or dietetic advice.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing logged foods, nutrition estimates, goals, and AI responses before relying on them.
Account And Data
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for the accuracy of information you submit. Our handling of user data is described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion instructions are available at Delete Account.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its services, submit content you do not have rights to use, or use Caloria for unlawful purposes.
Third-Party Services
Caloria may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, crash reporting, AI processing, Google Play, and Google Health Connect. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Caloria is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms as Caloria evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
